2 IAS Officers of 1989 batch may be empanelled soon as Joint Secretary or equivalent in Govt of India soon. The two are Pankaj Joshi (GJ)
and Ashish Upadhyay (MP).
Initially four IASofficers of 1989 batch were recommended but two missed the bus , one is Ansuli Arya (BH), another is A M Limaye (MH).
