Upma Srivastava IAS SK,1988 has been appointed as Joint Secretary Department of Personnel & Training. Upma will replace A P Sawhney IAS AP:1984 who was recently granted 3 months extension after he completed his central deputation in mid August, 2010. Upma was on compulsory wait.
