He would replace Rajani Ranjan Rashmi IAS MT:1983.

Raj Kumar Arora IDAS 1990 has been appointed as Additional Secretary Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)

in place of R K Gupta IAS JK:1986 who completed his extended tenure recently.

The post is equivalent to the rank of Joint Secretary.
